This client works in the security sector providing services from festival security strategies, to protection of celebrities, to supplying resources to local venues.
The company is growing and has large numbers of staff working on temporary contracts who expect to be paid weekly or on completion of the job. This cash flow problem is typical of many companies supplying resource as their main service. Staff relationships are critical to this business and paying wages on time, every time, without fail has allowed this company to build an enviable reputation for integrity towards its’ employees. In an industry where reputation is everything, this is a small but essential aspect of the business.
To ease cash flow we put together a facility for a specific debtor account and we now work with all invoices from this customer. Using selective invoice finance allowed the client to release funds back into the business, improve staff retention and take on new business.
Although the facility caters for a single debtor, our client isn’t obliged to place all invoices in the facility and has the flexibility to match the facility exactly to their cash flow profile as required.
We are delighted that our services have helped to fuel the growth of this business and look forward to offering our ongoing support.
